Under amenities, it was clearly mentioned that parking was available. However, on reaching the hotel, we discovered that the lane is not convenient to drive a four-wheeler. Then, one of them "helped" us to get parking at a 10 minutes walking distance, which charged us rs 400- for two nights. But, that one was in a narrower lane. So, after the first night's parking, we found out a government parking at the seaside, and it cost us rs 250- again. The previous one said no refund will be issued. So, overall, we had to spend rs 650 extra on parking. We had booked with complementary breakfast. But, they were not interested in serving that. After too much insistence, they served it on the first morning. On the day of departure, they mentioned there is no complementary breakfast on the checkout day. Generally, hotels serve complementary breakfast on checkout day. We had not taken breakfast on the check-in day, too. So in a 2 day booking, they reluctantly served complementary breakfast for one day only. The ac capacity for the room size we were allotted was not adequate. The restaurant was not serving tea/coffee as well. So, the staff was getting these items from outside and charging 20-25 extra every time. There were termites on the furniture and bed bugs. Only pro was the size of the room.

A property in the midst of the hustle and bustle of this temple town. Facilities were all as stated, the room was large at the expense of a smaller bathroom. Had a full size couch and a few chairs. Enough storage space and coffee tables made in room dining easy. Both beds were king size and the a/c accompanied by 3 fans made the room super chilling. The bell boys were phenomenal, remembering our preference and making relatable recommendations for food. That takes us to the good in room dinning choices (mostly catering to a bengali pallet. Quality and quantity both are good. Because of the location, commuting to and from temple and other local sites was a breeze. In all the family felt comfortable. Now the drawbacks : the place u as no sea view from any rooms, path to the beach is 5 min walk, but the lane is full of litter and trash, the smell is not pleasant either. The rate per night seems higher considering the locality being a bit rundown.

The room images and the room we stayed in was not same. there was no ventilator in bathroom, according to the price, the room was not worthy. Ambience of the hotel needs improvement.However, the behaviour of all the staff and manager was very good.

Service was not good. Hotel room tv wasn't working most of the times. Although the staff were well behaved but the maintenance of the room is very poor. I paid for the ac rooms but most of the time ac was not working when there was a power cut. I stayed here for the second time (through make my 訂房網站) but never had such experience before. Was not a pleasant stay.

Service was very poor. Room sweeping, cleaning of washroom change of bedsheet, pillow cover & towels have not been made even not once during the stay. Overall in my experience according to the budget of the room tariff is not suitable. As a company employee in my point of view this room should be the tariff of 1500 per night.

Service not well, maintenance not good, booked for 3 nights but had to change room after first night, as there was a door lock problem

It was good well maintained hotel and staff was also good. Location is also close to beach and temple.

Bad location, smelly rooms, had to leave and booked another. I paid rs. 2000- per night but it was not worth more than rs. 500- per night.
